We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator (MC) to oversee and manage local marketing initiatives and work with the local sales team to deploy marketing in the field. The goal of this role is to help support the local team and increase sales in the market. You’ll be the direct connection between the corporate marketing team and the local team. You will not only deploy corporate marketing initiatives, but also be responsible for bringing ideas from the local market to the corporate team. It will be your responsibility to train, educate and support the local team with their marketing needs, including, event coordination, printing marketing materials, attending events (as / if needed) and be a spokesperson for Lit Fiber to the community. You’ll look for unique marketing opportunities, sponsorships and advise on meetings, events and community event attendance.

The General Manager of Lit Fiber Medina will act as the lead executive in the marketplace representing the Lit Communities brand. The General Manager of Lit Fiber Medina will lead established teams of Customer Service, Sales, Construction, Network Design, Field Operations, and Logistics professionals to develop, deploy and provide fiber internet services to residents and businesses in Medina County, OH. You will be responsible for the profit and loss performance of the defined system operation. You will work with functional leaders to ensure a successful integration of system operations and maintain cultural and business objectives thereafter. This is a hands-on position that will require your support both in the office and in the field. The General Manager will interact frequently with Corporate personnel regarding all facets of the business.

The CSR Team Supervisor (CSR Sup) will be responsible to make sure that customers receive the highest level of service and quality by assisting and supporting their team to provide the best customer service. This role is responsible for overseeing the work of their team. They ensure that all members of the team are working effectively and efficiently, and they may also be involved in hiring, training, scheduling, and other leadership duties. Coaching and mentoring skills are a must since this role will be supervising other call center employees. The CSR Sup will also look at data to find trends such as the reasons why people are calling or the overall amount of calls you receive. This person must have strong interpersonal skills. They must be able to communicate clearly with both customers and employees to ensure that everyone is getting what they need from the team. This role will work closely with our corporate Director of Customer Experience, Sales Supervisor and the Supervisors in our other markets. The Director of Customer Experience will assist in scheduling across our markets and ensuring our KPI’s and quality standards are met in the market.

Network Technician is responsible for ensuring continuity of an Internet Service Provider business and fulfilling daily Operational tasks required by the local market. The job requires a wide range of skills in network, computer, and electronic disciplines. The Network Technician I will perform under close direction and supervision of Senior Technicians or Supervisors to construct, operate, and maintain a GPON fiber optic communications network. The Network Technician I must be willing to train and obtain additional skills and competence to use the tools and resources in day-to-day operations. Network support duties will include both active and passive network components, OSP and ISP fiber optic cables and equipment, indoor and outdoor customer premise equipment, support for customer service orders, and control/monitoring/troubleshooting of the network's operation. The Network Operations Technician I will report directly to the Field Operations Supervisor and/or Field Operations Manager, but will work with the various local team members, construction team, and with contractors to ensure the network is planned, constructed, maintained, and operated to Lit Community standards.

Lit Fiber-Medina is looking for a Sales Supervisor to oversee sales activity and manage a local sales team who will sell our fiber-based internet service to residential homes in the market. You'll be spending a lot of time in the field with your direct sales representatives and community relations specialists, joining them for pop up events, and local meetings so you can build relationships and find opportunities to improve results. In conjunction with the above, you will be responsible for managing the Small and Medium Sized Business (SMB) opportunities as well as special projects within the market and achieving a sales quota monthly. The Sales Supervisor will report to the General Manager of the market.
