The Spooktacular Park After Dark 2024

The Brownsville Police Department and Parks and Recreation Department are teaming up to bring the community a spooky and fun-filled Halloween event—The Spooktacular Park After Dark. This free event will include a Haunted Trail, a Movie in the Park, local vendors, fun games, and exciting costume contests for all ages. Be sure to bring your best Halloween costumes and your festive spirit!

The movie will be shown after sunset and will be rated PG, perfect for families looking to enjoy a fun and safe Halloween night out.

Don't miss out on this spooktacular celebration—there's something for everyone at this exciting Halloween event.

Medina County Fair 2024

The Medina County Fair is one of Ohio's oldest and largest county fairs.  The fair's mission is "to provide a center of activity for the preservation and promotion of agriculture through the enhancement and management of our fairgrounds".

Join us for the North Coast Chamber's premier event of the year! This annual event promises a day of excitement, networking, and fun for all participants. Whether you're an avid golfer or just looking to enjoy the day outdoors, this event has something for everyone.

Main Street Medina Ladies Night Out

Take your moms out for an evening of shopping, dining, and fun activities! Free swag bags sponsored by Lit Fiber will be handed out to the first 200 ladies at Public Square with special gifts and in-store giveaways beginning at 5pm. Get your map of shops and eateries open for the evening offering specials for Mom on Mother's Day at the Square. Moms: Get a free carnation while supplies last ... courtesy of Buehler’s! Check out the activities happening along the sidewalks like a VCS mini salon, vendors, and live music by Sarah's Violin Studio!

Main Street Medina Beer Fest 2024

The 2024 Main Street Medina Beer Fest will be held on Saturday, April 27 from 6:30pm to 10:30pm (5:30pm - 10:30pm for Platinum VIP and VIP ticket holders) at the Medina County Fairgrounds Community Center, 735 Lafayette Road in Medina, Ohio. This 11th annual event will host over 25 regional breweries featuring more than 70 craft brews to sample.

This year's event will feature LIVE music from Skinny Moo, onsite parking and restrooms, and ticketing will be handled via Eventbrite allowing for e-tickets and quicker check-in (You MUST present your QR code ticket on your mobile device or print it to be scanned for entry).

Sharon Township Q&A

In a public meeting on Monday, the Sharon Township community was able to learn and ask questions to a Lit Fiber Medina representative about the many construction projects taking place around the area of Sharon. Sharon Township Trustee Joe Canestraro said that the meeting was an excellent opportunity to explain what the construction on the main roads was for.

Main Street Medina Ice Festival-2023

For over 25 years, Medina Ice Festival has been held every February in the small downtown of Medina, full of cozy little shops, pubs, bakeries, snack shops, and restaurants. The ice sculpture garden is set up on Public Square and in South Town District for everyone to enjoy. The festival runs from Friday through Monday, featuring over 120 sculptures on display.
